Training today was awesome. Loved today's track workout. heehee. =D

Slacking around at home, tuition, followed by swim training at Farrer park.
training was fun!
Warmup: 400m,8x25m of sprints
Main set: 3x100m, 300m with paddles,3x100m
Cooldown:200m kick, 300m with pull buoy
total: 2000m
heehee, i think i'm better in 100m workouts. its when i overtake most of the other swimmers in my lane.
haha and the coach was telling me that i need to be more confident, to dare to go faster. his accent was so strong that i had no idea what he was saying at first and i was nodding away half the time. It was only until the very end that i finally understood what he was saying. & i was like ohhhhh. hahaa!!!

Track training was fun today.at least it wasnt long dreadful 1km/2km/3km intervals.

Pretty long workout but its interesting and fun!! =))
