stress! stress! stress!
i finally know how stressful it is to be a tutor. :(
sighhh its like when the students dont score i'm SCREWED!!! cause dont score=fired! ughh this si way mroe stressful than studying can. Its like me studying. LOL! no worst cause some students just refuse to put in any effort and think that tutors are miracle workers. To let them score without trying.
Decided to train at Gombak stadium yesterday.
2km warm up follwed by stretches.
10x400m at 1min rest intervals.
gosh super shocking!!! i actually did 1st 7 sets at 1min 47secs. All the same timing. super cool.
Decided to slow down at 8th set. Did 1min 52sec without pushing.
9th set at 1min45sec and 10th set at 1min40sec. yay!
Did another 3.2km of tempo run. Its so fun to run when the weather is cool and theres like no sun at all!! =D
haha.
total: 9.2km
Saw the national team people training there. gosh its like super cool. their sprinting is like super wow. its super fast and nice! & i saw this nat team girl sprinter. Heard that she's like some national record holder. super cool can. She's like tall, pretty, tan and sporty. PLUS she sprints super well. nicer than the guys actually. haha. JEALOUSSS.
piano lesson today. I had every intention of waking up early to practice but FAILED. haha.
i need to practice my piano more!!!!
