i feel so tired after two consecutive swimming training. :((((
Training at BV swim complex last night. I'm still really amused by how the swim complex is surrounded by hdb buildings! but man i dont mind please if i stay there. its like a condo! haha. i wish theres a pool so near my house.
Warm up: 100m FS, 600m FS with pull buoy, 100m kick
Main set: 5x20m all out sprint,
2x100m,300m with paddles,2x100m,300m with paddles
Cool down: 100m kick,3x100m FS
total:2300m/46 laps
Training this morning at Queensway swim complex. It should be called commonwealth swim complex since its like just almost next to commonwealth station! oh welll...
