First thing in the morning. The school library called to have me pay the storybook fines that i've owned them together with the storybook. Annoying!!! the book was stolen together with my bag last year during some race.
Crap! fines together plus the book=$50 at least. This is so unreasonable! since it has been a police case, shouldnt it be like not counted? plus no returning= no A Level results. zzzz what the?

So, did 30 mins of abs exercises today followed by 1hour of cycling. ( alternating between easy followed by resistance). Hopefully i can then increase my riding speed.
