My first ever track event!
i succeded cause i finally over come my fear, just went to the track and run and not give up. =)
although my timing was terribly horrible, i mean who taked 14plus mins for 3km? but oh well at least i managed to face my fears and did a reality check. i see where i stand for nationals this year. I learn from my mistakes. & most of all i learn to see the importance of intervals!! haha! i decided not to slack anymore during training. intervas=all the way!
