Went for an easy run after SEVENTEEN days of hiatus.
result= HORRIBLE.
i was like seriously panting like crazy just within 10ins of my run. had the intention of running all the way to chinese garden mrt which was about 3km away bus my poor stamina could not take it.
during the run,the air was super polluted due to the heavy traffice and i was like totally breathing in all the fumes of the vehicles and traffic was really heavy. had to stop at a total of 12 traffic lights! D:
5.6km took an approximate 32mins. D:
note: its time to buck up!!!!

aim by end of this year: take part in at least 6 marathons and 1 triathon!
shave off 5 to 8 mins off for my current 10km time!
train dilligently and not slack!



time to study for biology! no more slacking!
