Time indeed does fly. Before i know it, its already the 5th week of school in AC.
Life seriously revolve around school filled with lectures and tutorials, cross country training before rushing home for dinner and to rush out my tutorials.
Last week was TOTALLY INSANE.
Lessons ended at 4.30pm on monday, proceeded by sports acdemy talk till 6.30pm and training(8km in 45mins) till almost 9pm.
Tuesday was Sakae with ENRURU at Jp and i happily reached home at only 7plus. haha!
Wednesday was once again insane.Cross country girls were all make to run 15oom for the track event and apparently we were the only ones running cause the rest dropped out. LOL.
Had intervals for training till almopst 9pm once again.
I dont like intervals cause it simply means running super duper fast, trying to hit below the given timing.
Thursday, watched track and field heats. gosh, STEEPLE CHASE IS FREAKING COOL!
That was like totally the first time in my life that i saw it. heh!
Training at night was MADNESS. ran 12km plus under HEAVYN RAIN WHICH WAS ACCOMPANIED WITH LIGHTNING AND THUNDER! HAHA!
but it was really FUN MAN! =)))))
Friday, track heats followed by home sweet home & sleep!
One and only day where i can sleep super early.
Akira Swift Run at Bedok reservoir in the afternoon. CRAPPY RACE.
the whole 4.5km road was flooded with water and it was litereally a race running in water. Futhermore, my shoe lace came off when i had not even run 1km and i fell into this drain( cause it was flooded with water and i thought it was part of the road). ><
Had to literally climb out of the hole super unglamly while totally dripping wet. YAY! but i'm still happy that i completed the race! =)
& i've got 8 scratches at the back of my left thigh, 7 scatches on my right knee and a bruise on my right knee half the size of my fist. EEEEEEK. :(
Sunday was CHURCH AT EXPO!!
LONG LONG TIME SINCE I LAST WENT EXPO SERVICE!
felt super happy there and unlike my lectures i was totally awake listening to the sermon. haha!
Bs with Vand Hw aft service and we were totally being spas and laughing at every stupid thing we said.
Feels really great laughing. I miss laughing together with my besties! :(

Training today was (10km which i completed in an hour!)
yay to that cause i improved. heehee!
& a nice, decent and long post. FINALLY.
